HSY release debut EP

Toronto-based sludge punk group HSY will release a self-titled debut EP on 7″ vinyl September 17, 2013 via Buzz Records.  Pulling together elements from the 80’s post punk vibes of Section 25 and 90’s sludge metal legends The Melvins, HSY crafts the perfect soundtrack for Toronto’s seedy underbelly.

The EP was recorded by Dean Tzenos and Ian Gomes in an empty, small town church completely cut off from the outside world in the outskirts of Toronto. Take a listen to their debut single Milk Chug and their second single Tartar Mouth via Soundcloud below.
