El Monte, California’s rising trio The Red Pears have released their fourth album, ‘Better Late Than Never’. The band have shared the album’s swoony, fuzzed-out final single See What I Mean – you can listen to the single via YouTube below.

The Red Pears have made incredible strides since forming in high school, including opening for bands like Interpol, Beach Fossils, and Wild Nothing, playing festival sets at Tropicalia, Viva! Pomona, SXSW, and countless sold-out headlining shows across the nation. After Coachella, they will support Chicano Batman at LA’s Kia Forum on June 29th.

From Henry Vargas’ strong vocal dexterity to Jose Corona’s masterful control of sonorous drums, to Patrick Juarez’s deep staccato bass lines, the songs on ‘Better Late Than Never’ highlight the individual growth of each member. Written and recorded in their self-built home studio in the garage of Corona’s family home, the album finds The Red Pears maintaining a balance between their grunge roots while entrusting new input and technical dynamics into the mix.
