Radical Face have released the anniversary deluxe reissue of ‘Ghost’ via Bear Machine Records. For the re-release, Ben Cooper (aka Radical Face) has included reinterpretations of original tracks for the album as well as a completely remastered the original version of the album by the legendary Greg Calby. As a teaser for the reworked versions included on the reissue, Radical Face have shared Homesick (Piano) and you can listen via YouTube below.

The limited edition double LP will feature a 10 page book of original artwork by the artist and can be ordered here. Ben Cooper adds, “As far as the vinyl release of this goes, I am not going through standard distribution channels. It will only be available on my website starting 9:00 EST today (Oct.18th) in a limited quantity, and then I will have 20 per show on this tour. And that’s it. I am keeping these releases a bit smaller, because I am back to fronting all the production costs myself, and storing them for tour and such, so I have to be pretty reasonable. But I wanted to give anyone who might want one a heads up, because I know finding out after the fact can be kinda frustrating if you like to collect records. I’ve been bit by that one myself.” The record is available now on Spotify and all streaming platforms.

Radical Face’s cult classic ‘Ghost’ has been streamed over 150 million times on Spotify alone, has been featured on numerous TV shows and movies such as Weeds, Blacklist, Skins and Humboldt County, as well as the song Welcome Home, Son becoming the theme song for brand Nikon globally for eight years. The growth over the last decade has been completely organic and continues to sell and stream more today and it did upon its release. Ben made the record in a shed behind his moms house in Jacksonville Florida between midnight and 6 a.m. so he could record without car noises in the background. He wrote, produced, mixed, mastered and performed everything on ‘Ghost’ as well as created all original artwork.
