Alright punk rock faithful, time to dust off your ripped tees and get your ears ready—because the legendary New Bomb Turks are back on the road this summer for a rare run of East Coast shows. Yep, you heard that right. It’s the first real stretch of gigs they’ve done in years, and if your summer’s been a little too quiet, this is your wake-up call.
Formed in the fertile punk soil of Columbus, Ohio back in the early ‘90s, New Bomb Turks came out swinging with their feral and fearless debut, ‘!!Destroy-Oh-Boy!!’. That album didn’t just raise eyebrows—it reignited the primal energy of early rock’n’roll with a raw punk charge. Critics went nuts. Fans went nuts. Even Howlin’ Pelle Almquist of The Hives couldn’t contain himself, calling it “a Top 5 ever punk rock album,” and claiming it meant everything to him when music meant everything. Mic drop.
The Turks went on to release a string of killer records across labels like Crypt, Epitaph, and Gearhead, tearing up stages across the U.S. and Europe. But over the past decade, they’ve only been spotted playing a handful of one-off gigs. That makes this run feel like a full-on punk holiday.
And if that’s not enough to get your boots stomping, Seattle punk lifers The Drowns will be opening all dates with their no-bullshit, blue-collar rock fury. Expect sweat, volume, and maybe even a little chaos.

So yeah, don’t sleep on this. Don’t be the person reading the “I was there” posts after it’s all over. Grab your crew, grab some earplugs, and let the Turks remind you what loud, dirty, and fun really sounds like.
